DIY Spring Flower Craft Decor

This craft is super easy and affordable and so cute! I found all supplies at the craft store. Here is what you will need to make this craft:

  • 2 choices of 12x12 scrapbook paper- or use any scraps you have as it doesn't take much paper
  • 1 plain colored card stock paper- 12x12 (for the back of the chipboard flower)
  • 5 dowels or long wooden sticks (cut two of them in half to make four small ones for the little flowers)
  • 1- 4 inch ceramic flower pot
  • your choice of ribbon which goes around the flower pot
  • buttons or any embellishment to add to the flowers
  • 1 bag of Spanish moss
  • 1 Styrofoam block
  • chipboard or any thin cardboard you have laying around
  • You will also need chipboard scrapbook embellishments or go on the Internet and search any flower images that are the size that you would like your flowers to be and print out- use these to trace your scrapbook paper and chipboard.
  • Cut out what you have traced and attach with glue gun to the dowels. Cut the styrofoam block to fit inside the flower pot.
  • Glue the flowers to the sticks and then stick them in the styrofoam block and glue the moss on top.
  • Tie your ribbon around the flower pot and YOU ARE DONE!
